Cooling or heating in a very short time. The quality of a final product can be significantly affected by the temperature during the production process. Controlling the various temperature fluctuations during the process is therefore important to ensure consistent quality.
Solution
Alkitronic offers a specialized line of radial and tangential torque wrenches for loosening and tightening heat exchanger plates, available in pneumatic or electric models. The radial torque multiplier tools in the Alkitronic R-series feature a hexagonal shank, allowing them to be used with threaded rods.
The series are compatible with hexagonal shanks ranging from 46 to 80 mm and have a torque range of up to 4,800 Nm. In addition, Alki offers a wide range of adapters (SW 36 mm to 70 mm) to accommodate virtually any type of threaded rod. The reaction arm can be positioned in either of two positions to ensure optimal tool alignment.
