Account Manager Special Fasteners

As Account Manager Special Fasteners, you are part of the Sales Team and report directly to the Commercial Manager. You will focus on both existing and new customers in the industry.

Relationship management of existing customers.
Identify and acquire new customers in the industrial sector.
Maintain customer relationships and act as a point of contact for customers.
Visiting customers.
Provide technical and commercial advice to customers.
Preparing commercial offers and following up on these offers.
Analyze market opportunities and commercial trends within the industry.
Report sales results and progress to management.
New Business Generation & Acquisition: Actively seek new business opportunities by approaching potential customers, generating leads, and closing new deals.

Job Requirements

At least a completed college education, preferably in commercial engineering.
Demonstrated experience as an account manager in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
Technical understanding and affinity for fasteners.
Proactive and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
