• Actively recruit new customers within the Benelux and surrounding European markets. • Develop commercial opportunities within General Industries & Specials. • Build, manage, and convert your own new-business pipeline. • Approach prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, trade show visits, and customer referrals. • Identifying key decision-makers (DMUs), decision-making processes, customer needs, and technical issues. • Translating customer needs into appropriate product, inventory, and supply chain solutions. • Preparing, developing, and following up on quotes in collaboration with the internal sales team. • Visiting prospects, clients, trade shows, and networking events. • Recording sales activities, opportunities, and progress in Pipedrive. • Collaborating with purchasing, order management, logistics, and the internal sales team to fulfill client commitments. • Reporting on the sales pipeline, conversion rates, order intake, and progress to the Field Sales Manager.
