Commercial Assistant Inside Sales
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Commercial Sales Representative for our Special Fasteners Business Unit.
Work
Apply Now- Manage customer relationships and prepare quotations.
- Actively follow up on quotes and requests.
- Support the account managers in managing our key accounts.
- Answering technical questions from customers and suppliers.
- Analyze customer needs and commercial opportunities.
- Maintaining customer data and sales documentation.
- Thinking along and setting up marketing campaigns i.c.w. our marketing agency.
Job Requirements
- At least MBO level 4, preferably in a commercial field and/or mechanical engineering.
- Relevant work experience (2-4 years) in a similar position within fasteners or a related industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of and experience with fasteners and related products is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good command of Dutch and English language in word and writing, command of German language is an advantage.
- Experience in order processing and administrative duties.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in using CRM systems and ERP software, we work with Oculus.
