Mid-level/Senior Account Manager, New Business
As a mid-level/senior new business account manager, you’re part of the sales team and understand how new business works: selecting a market, approaching prospects, identifying the Decision-Making Unit (DMU), selling value, following up, and converting leads into recurring revenue.

Apply Now- Actively recruit new customers within the Benelux and surrounding European markets.
- Developing commercial opportunities within general industries and specialty markets.
- Building, managing, and converting your own new business pipeline.
- Reaching out to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, trade show visits, and client referrals.
- Identifying DMUs, decision-making processes, customer needs, and technical issues.
- Translating customer inquiries into appropriate product, inventory, and supply chain solutions.
- Preparing, developing, and following up on quotes in collaboration with the internal sales team.
- Visiting prospects, customers, trade shows, and networking events.
- Tracking commercial activities, opportunities, and progress in Pipedrive.
- Collaborate with purchasing, order management, logistics, and the back office to fulfill customer commitments.
- Reporting on the pipeline, conversion rates, order intake, and progress to the field sales manager.
Job Requirements
- HBO-level work and/or thinking skills.
- Demonstrable B2B sales experience as an account manager, business developer, or sales professional.
- Proven track record in new business, acquisitions, or customer development.
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong command of Dutch and English; German or French is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems; experience with Pipedrive is a plus.
