Taptites are self-threading screws and are an innovative fastening solution, the Taptite II and Taptite 2000® screws are specifically designed to provide optimum performance in a wide range of applications. The screws have a unique thread geometry that allows the screws to efficiently form themselves into the material during threading. In addition to the Taptite II and Taptite 2000®, we also have the option of supplying the DIN7500 as an alternative.
